Your data
You can export a summary of your home's records from Settings at any time, and delete your account from Settings too. Your account and records are deleted straight away and cannot be recovered; stored files follow through a cleanup queue shortly after. You can also request deletion without the app — see what deletion covers.
HomeHQ Pro
Your home record, 2D house map and service-life watch are free. HomeHQ Pro adds pets and vehicles, more room for records, PDFs, live shared lists, the 3D house map and reading documents with AI, for everyone in your home. It is billed by the App Store (Google Play later), and eligible new subscribers get the first month free. To cancel, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone at least 24 hours before the renewal or the end of the free month. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Deleting your HomeHQ account does not cancel a subscription.
